50 years, 50 getaways to win” game rules

Article 1 - Organization

TERITORIA, a limited liability company with capital of €99,500, headquartered at Bords de Seine 1 - 3, Esplanade du Foncet - 92441 Issy-les-Moulineaux Cedex, registered under number 382256857 RCS Nanterre, referred to as the organizing company, is organizing a free, no-obligation online game to celebrate the brand's 50th anniversary, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 inclusive.

The game is accessible to all travellers who log on to Teritoria.com on the page dedicated to the competition: https: //www.teritoria.com/chasse-aux-tresors-anniversaire-teritoria (NB: a banner on the home page of the site redirects you to the game page).

The present rules define the legal rules applicable to this game.

Article 2 - Participants

This game is open free of charge to anyone wishing to take part, with the exception of staff of the organizing company (Teritoria employees, hoteliers, restaurateurs) and members of their families.

Participation in this game is strictly limited to residents of mainland France.

Only one entry per e-mail address and per prize is permitted. It is forbidden for a participant to play with several e-mail addresses: a single player account will be opened by the same person with the same first and last name and e-mail address.

Anyone under the age of 18 may not participate in this game. The organizing company may ask any participant under the age of 18 to provide proof of such authorization, and may disqualify any participant who cannot provide such proof.

Article 3 - How to enter the “50 years, 50 getaways to win” game

To take part and possibly win, all you have to do is :

Step 1 - Go to the competition page: https://www.teritoria.com/chasse-aux-tresors-anniversaire-teritoria/

2nd step - Click on one of the establishments highlighted on the page to start the treasure hunt.

Step 3 - Find a clue on the site page, then click on the “Validate” button.

4th step - Enter your email address, tick the consent box for data collection, then click on the “Participate” button.

NB: the player also has the option of ticking the “I subscribe to the Teritoria newsletter” box on this 4th step, which automatically gives him/her an extra chance of being drawn at the end of the month concerned.

Each participant declares that he/she has read the complete rules and principles of the game and accepts them unreservedly.

Participation in the Game is exclusively by electronic means. As such, any registration or information sent by any other means (fax, post or other) will not be taken into account.

The game runs from Sunday, January 1, 2025 at 00:01 a.m. to Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. inclusive, online only on the Teritoria.com website.

Participants must complete all fields of the registration form marked with an asterisk (*).

Participants may only play once or several times per day. It is not mandatory to play every day.

The participant can come back to play every day and be eligible for the draw (provided he/she has followed the steps and found the clues for the month).

The campaign will be promoted on: the Teritoria Instagram page, newsletters, banners on the Teritoria.com website, Meta and Google acquisition campaigns, etc.

Article 4 - Prizes

The “50 years, 50 getaways to win” game includes the following prizes, all provided by members of the Teritoria network.

In January, to be won :

1 stay (1 night + breakfasts) at Château de Pray, worth €254

1 stay (1 night + breakfasts) at Château de l'Aubrière, worth €195

1 night + 1 4-course dinner at Café Quinson, worth 600 €.

Prize pending for Relais Il Nazionale

Each prize is strictly nominative and may not be transferred to another person.

Endowments must be accepted as such and may under no circumstances give rise to any financial consideration or exchange of any kind.

The prizes (stay or meal) are “without transport”, which remains the responsibility of the beneficiary.

In addition, any winner who fails to respond to our communications confirming his/her full contact details in order to receive his/her prize within the allotted time, i.e. a maximum of 1 month after the end of each monthly game, will be deemed to have definitively renounced his/her prize (it being understood that the 1st draw will take place on February 3, 2025, the 2nd draw will take place on March 3, 2025, the 3rd draw will take place on April 1, 2025, the 4th draw will take place on May 5, 2025, the 5th draw will take place on June 2, 2025, the 6th draw will take place on July 1, 2025, the 7th draw will take place on August 1, 2025, the 8th draw will take place on September 1, 2025, the 9th draw will take place on October 1, 2025, the 10th draw will take place on November 3, 2025, the 11th draw will take place on December 1, 2025 and the last draw will take place on January 2, 2026),

The player can only win once for the entire duration of the game. A maximum of one prize will be awarded per winner (same surname, same first name, same address).

The organizing company reserves the right to replace the prize with a model of equal value and identical characteristics if circumstances so require.

Article 5 - Designation of winners

Participation in this game implies acceptance of the present rules by the participants, without restriction or reservation. The organizing company reserves the right to exclude from the game any participant who has deliberately cheated or falsified his/her answers.

Furthermore, the organizer may not be held liable for any delay in the dispatch of prizes when such delay is not attributable to the organizer, but to the service provider used to carry out the dispatch. The organizing company shall not incur any contractual or legal liability for operations relating to the transportation of the prizes awarded.

Likewise, the organizing company may not be held liable if the prize is damaged during transport. It declines all responsibility for the quality and/or condition of the prize on delivery.

A draw will be held on the basis of identified Teritoria players who have found one or more clues, on the 1st (excluding weekends and public holidays) of the following month, i.e. 12 monthly draws over the duration of the Game. Winners will be contacted by e-mail as soon as the draw is made on the day following participation in the game (excluding weekends and public holidays) and at the latest at the end of the Game by the Organizing Body.

Article 6 - Obtaining prizes

Prizes won in connection with the January 2025 game may be sent to the winners from February 10, 2025.

Prizes won in connection with the February 2025 game may be sent to winners from March 10, 2025.

Prizes won in connection with the March 2025 game may be sent to winners from April 7, 2025.

Prizes won in connection with the April 2025 game may be sent to winners from May 12, 2025.

Prizes won in connection with the May 2025 game may be sent to winners from June 10, 2025.

Prizes won in connection with the June 2025 game may be sent to winners from July 10, 2025.

Prizes won in connection with the July 2025 game may be sent to winners from August 18, 2025.

Prizes won in connection with the August 2025 game may be sent to winners from September 10, 2025.

Prizes won in connection with the September 2025 game may be sent to winners from October 10, 2025.

Prizes won in connection with the October 2025 game may be sent to winners from November 12, 2025.

Prizes won in connection with the November 2025 game may be sent to winners from December 10, 2025.

Prizes won in connection with the December 2025 game may be sent to winners from January 10, 2026.

Subject to prompt receipt of the winner's contact details. If the winner's contact details are not usable (illegible, incomplete or erroneous), the winner will lose the benefit of the prize, which will remain the property of the organizer.

Article 7 - Use of personal data

The information collected is processed by Teritoria, Bords de Seine 1 - 3, Esplanade du Foncet - 92441 Issy-les-Moulineaux. This data will be kept for a maximum of 36 consecutive months without any further activity on your part. In order to provide you with the services you have requested, we may communicate your data to our technical subcontractors and commercial partners. The person responsible for processing your data within Teritoria is the Marketing Department, which guarantees compliance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

In accordance with the RGPD, you have a right of access, rectification, opposition, cancellation, as well as refusal regarding the processing of data collected by us. You can exercise the rights recognized by the RGPD by writing to dpo@majorian.fr or by post to Service Marketing Teritoria, Bords de Seine 1, 3 Esplanade du Foncet 92441 Issy-les-Moulineaux. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Article 8 - Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs reproduced on the “50 ans, 50 escapades à gagner” game page are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected as such by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Article 9 - Liability

The organizing company may not be held responsible for any communication problems, network connections, computers or faulty connections. You are expressly reminded that the Internet is not a secure network.

The organizing company specifies that the use of hypertext links may lead the participant to other websites, independent of the Organizer. In this case, the organizing company cannot be held responsible for the activities of third-party sites.

The Organizing Company may not be held liable for any prejudice of any kind (personal, physical, material, financial or other) arising from a participant's participation in the game.

Any information provided by the winner, in particular the winner's contact details, will be considered null and void and will not be taken into consideration if it contains any inaccuracies.

Furthermore, the organizing company may not be held liable if the data relating to a participant's registration does not reach it for any other reason (for example, a problem with the user's Internet connection, a temporary failure of Teritoria's servers, etc.).

The organizing company cannot be held responsible if, due to force majeure or beyond its control, the present Contest has to be modified, shortened or cancelled.

The organizing company reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Game any person disrupting its progress.

Furthermore, the organizing company reserves the right to carry out any necessary checks on the identity and domicile of participants. Any false declaration will automatically result in the participant's elimination from the game.

In addition, the organizing company reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who has cheated, defrauded, rigged or disrupted the operations described in these rules, or who has attempted to do so.

Article 11 - Complaints

Participation in this game implies full acceptance of the present rules by the participants.

Any difficulty arising from the application or interpretation of the present rules will be settled by the organizing company, which shall have sole and final authority, with no possibility of appeal.

The organizing company reserves the right, for any reason whatsoever, to modify, extend or cancel the operation without prior notice, without incurring any liability as a result.

Any dispute relating to this game must be addressed, in writing only, in French to Jeu “ 50 ans, 50 escapades à gagner ” - Service Marketing Teritoria - Bords de Seine 1 - 3 Esplanade du Foncet - 92441 Issy-les-Moulineaux Cedex.

Complaints or questions sent by e-mail will not be taken into account. No claims will be accepted after one month following the end of the game, i.e. after 31/01/2026.

Article 12 - Filing and consultation of the game rules

The rules are sent by e-mail free of charge to anyone who requests them.

The rules and their interpretation are subject to French law.
